Orders normally leave within two business days after they are placed. Available delivery methods and final shipping cost are shown at checkout before payment.

Each parcel is packed with protection for trays, molds, tools, and ash accessories. Tracking is sent once the carrier scans the package.

If you need to update an address, email support as soon as possible. Address changes are easiest before the shipping confirmation is issued.

This policy is a launch draft and the final fulfillment promise should be confirmed by the store owner before public launch.
