Returns and refunds

Unused items may be reviewed for return within fourteen days of delivery. Items should be returned with the original components, accessories, and packaging.

To start a return, email support with your order number and a short reason for the request. For damaged arrivals, include photos of the outer package and the affected item so the support team can review the case.

Approved returns are confirmed by email before the item is sent back. Shipping costs, duties, taxes, and refund timing may vary by order and payment method.
